Anger

Anger is a normal response, it’s a human emotion. But when it gets out of control or became destructive, it may lead to problems - problems that may affect our work, our relationship to other people, or even to our own self. Anger is an unpredictable and powerful emotion.
Anger is can be caused by external or internal factors. We could be angry because of a specific person, unwanted events, or even caused by worrying our personal problems and caused by traumatic memories in our past which may also trigger our angry feelings.
Like other emotions, anger is accompanied by physiological and biological changes, when we get angry; our vital sign goes up, our respiration, our blood pressure and our pulse rate.
In order to control our anger, simple relaxation techniques such as breathing exercises while slowly repeating a calm word such as “relax”, “take it easy “ to ourselves and visualizing a relaxing experience through our imagination. This might be a good idea to help us in controlling our anger.
Remember, we can't eliminate anger, and it wouldn't be a good idea if you could. In spite of all our efforts, things will happen that will cause us anger; and sometimes it will be justifiable anger. Life will be filled with frustrations, pain, loss, and the unpredictable actions of others. We can't change that; but we can change the way we let such events affect us. Controlling our angry responses can keep them from making us even unhappy in the long run.
